I have two biological replicate DNAseq pair end data. I want to perform SOAP de novo analysis on it. I was wondering if SOAP de novo takes care of biological replicate. I know we can provide multiple pair end file information in the conf file, but it looks like it is assuming them as technical replicates.
I already did the individual run on each biological replicates but I am wondering if there is another way or SOAP can handle itself.
