    Complete .gbk with Artemis

    Hi,

I'm using Artemis for annotated a little genome fragment (50 kb). I can save my sequence in gbk and my ORFs in other gbk file, but is this possible to have a complete .gbk (sequence + ORFs)?

    Thank

Yes, assuming I understood. A single GenBank file (or EMBL file) can contain multiple records (although only one is typical) and each record can hold a feature table AND the genome sequence.

But, is it possible with Artemis to have a single file that contains both (sequence and annotations)?
