Hello community,
What files do you normally back up and keep from the sequencing machines? The BAM files post-alignment are obvious, what about GFF's? Is there a typical set of files outside of the BAM that you make it a priority to save long-term? Are GFF files created normally flushed immediately or kept?
Just working on our local strategy and I thought I'd get some input from the experts.
