    effective genome size for rat (rn5) for MACS analysis

    Dear All,

    I have got ChIP-Seq data (from rat and rn5 is used as the assembly) and I am trying to use MACS to do the peak calling. I have been searching for the effective genome size for rat to be used for the -g option in MACS for the peak calling process but I am not able to find the specific information. Anyone who has worked with rat data before or know of the effective genome size for rat, please help.
