Hi all,
As titled, how to interpret the value of the 11th field, Match Chromosome, of the export file produced from the Illumina GAP v 1.3.2? As what I knew, the 22th field, Filtering, represents whether the read passed filtering, and the 11th field shows the match chromosome / match code why there is no match. If the value of the 11th field is 9:96:255 or 0:0:2, what does it mean? Thank you for your help.
