    covert sequin format file to genbank file

    Hi everyone,
    I am working on genome annotation and finally get sequin format file saved as txt format. How can I concatenate the original sequence file and the annotation file into genbank format file without posting it into NCBI GenBank database. Is there some perl programme could help? Would someone help me
