Targetscan prediction
Hi, I am new researcher in miRNA world 
I am interested in using TargetScan locally on my computer, I downloaded TargetScan script from website then when runing first input file am I getting a syntax error (《Bareword found where operator expected at -e line 1, near “9A”》) and (Semicolon seems to be missing at...)
Anyone can help me how to repair this ? thanks a lot
