I have a question for those using ANNOVAR. I am using ANNOVAR of several gene annotations and filter based annotations. After submitting my job with the command line option nastring . input as a parameter, the output generates entries with blank lines, empty line inputs.
I was wondering if anyone had the similar problems here... thank you
