    closestBed questions output file and range

    Hey!

    I am new to using the Bedtools software and I have a couple of questions.
    First, when using Bedtools closest (closestBed) it outputs a file with many columns. Is there any documentation on what each column is showing you? I have not found any thus far.

    Secondly, does anyone know the range which bedtools closest search to find a nearby gene or feature?
