I’m looking for a reference dataset in order to develop a pipeline dedicated to the identification of somatic mutation in sample of biopsies compared to constitutive sample in oncology field.
I need a published dataset with DNA-seq “fastq” from a biopsy (and blood sample extracted from the same patient if available), and genotyped results based on the same sample but with another technology than DNA-seq that I could use as reference dataset.
I can not use trio dataset published by 1000 genome, because somatic mutations are rare and the allelic balance is not balanced.
Can anybody help me?
