    DeconSeq Run Time?

    Hey, just installed DeconSeq on my machine, and when I go to run my contaminated sequence data against the reference databases, the run completes within a millisecond of me issuing it, and the outputted data is the same as my inputted data (it does not clean it).

    Has anyone else experienced this issue?

    My FASTQ file is about 1.4MB.

    Any idea why the program doesn't seem to be working?
    I'm not getting any errors, but I'm also not getting any different data.
