    Meaning of count vs dispersion

    Hi all, I have a stupid question here, but I really need your help.
    I obtained the graph of count vs diserpsion via cummeRbund after using tophat-cufflinks to finish my analysis.
    But how should I describe the graph of count vs diserpsion? They are emitted? Have similar pattern? What's the biological meaning and statistic meaning behind this graph? Thanks for your detailed answer in advance!
