Lositan crashing

I have been trying to use Lositan to pick out SNP outliers but for some reason it keeps crashing. It will work for the first couple of runs then when I ask it to remove a population it gets to the point of loading in the second population and doesn't do anything else. If I then try and restart it and run it again, it gets part way through the run and stops (the point at which this happens varies every time).

Has anyone else ever had this problem, or got any suggestions about what might be going on?

How many loci do you have and how many populations? Especially, how many populations do you keep after removing?
