Trinotate - sqlite error.

Hi,
When I run the following command
$ Trinotate Trinotate.sqlite init --gene_trans_map /home/new/trinity_targets.gene_trans_map --transcript_fasta /home/new/trinity_targets.fasta --transdecoder_pep /home/new1/trinity_targets.fasta.transdecoder.pep

I get the error

Perhaps the DBD::SQLite perl module hasn't been fully installed,
or perhaps the capitalisation of 'SQLite' isn't right.

I understand that SQLite.pm perl library is missing. But I am not able to get the library.
Can you please me solve this issue.
