I am trying to run macs2 bdgdiff
my command line
macs2 bdgdiff --t1 KO_treat_pileup.bdg --c1 KO_control_lambda.bdg --t2 WT_treat_pileup.bdg --c2 WT_control_lambda.bdg --d1 33438858 --d2 38068471 -g 60 -l 120 --o-prefix diff_KOvsWT
Everything works fine and I get no errors etc.,
b the result files are empty.
Do I miss something?
