    Alexa-seq

    Hello, everyone!!

    Could somebody help me please.

    I am having this error message when trying to analyze my data Rna-seq in Alexa-seq.

    The specified flowcell name (C1EU1ACXX) doesn't seem to correspond to the specified source directory

    What would be the reason for the error? Being that the name is correct flowcell!!

    The configuration of the project file is as follows:

    LANE IC C1EU1ACXX 1 /home/alexa-seq/Dados/pronex/PRONEX/Sample_IC01/ fastq 100 0 1 20 illumina_phred
    LANE PILO C1EU1ACXX 1 /home/alexa-seq/Dados/pronex/PRONEX/Sample_PILO01/ fastq 100 0 1 20 illumina_phred

    LIBRARY IC Control 1

    LIBRARY PILO Pilocarpine 2
