    Mugsy troubleshooting

    I recently have installed Mugsy on my Ubuntu OS and am trying to run a multiple genome alignment.
    All the steps explained on the website have been succesfull except for the actual 'Run Mugsy' step.
    I have followed the commands but in return I get the following error
    -directory must be a directory at /home/astrid/Genomes/Mugsy/mugsy_x86-64-v1r2.3/mugsy line 235.

    Does anyone have any tips how to fix this?
