Dexseq minimum number of overlapping positions

Hi All,

My understanding of Dexseq is that if only one position of the exon overlap with the aligned read, the read is counted for that exon. I was wondering if we can change the minimum number of positions that have to overlap with the exon to be counted, is that possible and how?
