TGICL installation

Hi Everybody,

I de novo assembled a transcriptome and want to cluster it using TGICL. I download TGICL-2.1.tar.gz and decompressed it.
I typed tgicl -h, the error is :
Can't locate TGI/Mailer.pm in @INC (@INC contains: /home/cishu/Download/TGICL-2.1/bin /etc/perl /usr/local/lib/perl/5.10.1 /usr/local/share/perl/5.10.1 /usr/lib/perl5 /usr/share/perl5 /usr/lib/perl/5.10 /usr/share/perl/5.10 /usr/local/lib/site_perl .) at /home/cishu/Download/TGICL-2.1/bin/tgicl line 9.
BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at /home/cishu/Download/TGICL-2.1/bin/tgicl line 9.

I used : export PERL5LIB=/home/cishu/Download/TGICL-2.1/lib/TGI. I typed tgicl again, then another error comes:

Love this - good data definitely starts from good input, and poor input can only give relatively poor data. I particularly like the mention of Nanodrop/absorbance based methods for quantification. It's such a toss up if you'll get an accurate reading or what amounts to a randomly generated number, and a lot of library/sequencing related issues can be traced back to poor quant.

I’m not a sequencing expert. I’m a purification scientist who uses NGS to evaluate workflows my group develops. With this perspective, we think about the sample first and the NGS workflow second.
