    qualimap error

    Dear all,

    I am using qualimap in a NGS pipeline for QC and I want to run qualimap inside my perl code.

    qualimap bamqc -bam read.bam -gff transcripts.human.64.bed.txt -outdirout_read -outformat PDF

    Iam getting below error.

    Error: Could not find or load main class org.bioinfo.ngs.qc.qualimap.main.NgsSmartMain


    Command works whne i run in command prompt

    ./qualimap bamqc -bam read.bam -gff transcripts.human.64.bed.txt -outdirout_read -outformat PDF


    I also read FAQ and set export DISPLAY=:0 and unset DISPLAY. But still i am getting same error.

    Any help will be highly useful to me.
