    Help please, regulatory elements

    Hi All,

    I may not in the wrong place, but please help me and you will be really appreciated!

    I would like to identify the potential regulatory element (predicted or experimental) from a genome region. I tried to google around, but can not find a database contains all the information. I also tried to search UCSC genome browser, but found out there are so many tracks about expression and regulation that I can not tell which one suit my aim better than the others.
    Can you please suggest what kinds of tools/database you're normally to do such job?
