Did anyone use BEADS for CHIP-seq normalisation

Hi,
I was wondering if anyone has experience with BEADS (bias elimination algorithm for deep sequencing). It seems like a good tool but I can hardly find any publications in which it has been used.
Any thoughts appreciated!
