howto compare chip-chip and microarras?

I studying role of one transcription factor in cell cycle progression. I generated chip-chip and microarray data from actively proliferating and resting cells, and identified all genes by their IDs. I wonder if anyone can recommend me a method to correlate differential occupancy and expression profiles.

may be you should use Transfac database...

i myself is working on chip seq nad microarray data for a transcription factor… but now i am looking which other factors might be coregulately express with my factor… and i used Transfac database. so far its good but now i wanna show some relationship or visualize those factors inrelation to others on the target hit genes.. but dont know how???
