BEDTools Jaccard not compiling

Hi all,
I have just downloaded the newest version of Bedtools (v2.20.1) and have installed the applications. Everything seemed to instal just fine, with the exception of the Jaccard module. All of the source files seem to be there. Has anyone encountered this before?
