    OncodriveFM input files

    Dear all,

I was thinking of using OncodriveFM for identification of driver genes, but I was unable to create the input files needed. In the example files the CLL.tdm file has the SIFT, PolyPhen2 and MA values per gene per sample, but when using the VEP program fro the calculation of the first two, they are reported per position. Same when using the MA.
Has anyone any experience with OncodriveFM, or any ideas on how to create the input file?

    Thank you in advance.

    Hi thek71,

I wonder if you were able to get the answer to this? Were you able to run oncodrivefm on your data? I am trying to run this software on my tumor data, and find problem in running.
