VCFtools output after comparison

I ran VCFtools to compare 2 vcf files. It ran successfully. I have output with me.

I have trouble understanding its header:

CHROM POS1 POS2 IN_FILE REF1 REF2 ALT1 ALT2

I am unable to understand what IN_FILE says specifically.
