Help with PathSeq running

Help with PathSeq running

Hi,
New to pathSeq and I have to questions about running PathSeq.
1. In the cluster.config file, how do I set the directory for S3CMD? My system administror install the S3CMD for me, not sure if I could find the directory for S3CMD?
2. When I execute "create_ownAMI.com", I got the following error:
$ source /home/mediator/PathSeq/Pathseq_cloud_May72014_hadoop1_0_3/create_ownAMI.com

cp: cannot stat `cluster.config': No such file or directory
