Dear experts,
Has anyone used Qualimap for assessing sequence alignment? I am trying to use "qualimap multi" analysis for multiple bam files. I am running the analysis on a remote server. However, the analysis never ends even with "unset DISPLAY" command and it doesn't generate any output (when I run a single file with "qualimap bamqc", the analysis never ends either but it generates an output fine). Could anyone give me any advice what I am missing or doing wrong? Below are my command and the input file. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
