Complete Genomics BAM files?

Hi,

Are there available BAM files and/or SAM/BAM file converters available for Complete Genomics data? Such as for NA19240, for which they have data posted at their web site?

Yes, we do have SAM/BAM file converters. Please contact [email protected] for more information.

This is an old thread, but in case someone lands here, CGAtools will convert the evidence files you received from Complete Genomics to SAM files. Then use SAMtools to convert to BAM files.
