mapping the genomic location to chromosomal location

Hi All,

I have few desired Arabidopsis TFBS (transcription factor binding sites), their nucleotide sequences and their positions in GENOME. I want to change this position in GENOME to position in chromosome wise. i am using TAIR 10 verson of data.
Is there are any ways to do that?
