I am interested in finding samples (easy to obtain HapMap from Coriell preferred) for a study. I am testing whether or not my pipeline and MLPA (Multiplex Ligation-dependent Probe Amplification) can detect large insertions or deletions in specific genes (KRAS, BRAF) and would like to choose a lot of samples with different size and location of Indels to run. Is there a database that anyone knows of that has this information or collection of reference data files?
