VCF file annotated by ANNOVAR, is that normal?

Hi,

I am new to this field and this is the first time I try to use ANNOVAR for annotation.
After SNP calling, I have merged a VCF file (hg19) from 24 samples with a total of 170000 SNPs. After using ANNOVAR to annotate, I got a tabular file, with only around 57000 SNPs annotated. Is that normal? Or did I miss something?
I mean, should I expect to get all the annotation of 170000 SNPs (from 24 samples)?

I know why now, because by default "vcf4" will only process the first sample
