Help in NGS QC toolkit

Hi All：
Dose anyone ever used NGS QC toolkit？ I have some questions about that. When I run the IlluQC.pl, it always says there is something wrong in IlluQC.pl line 550. Any good suggestions? Thanks a lot.

The error message is quite explicit.
The script cannot open the file pairedEnd_1.fq

Check if the file is in the current directory, and check if you can view the file.
I haven't used MS-Dos in decades so I'm not sure of the exact commands.
You should really switch to Linux anyway.

I think it's dir to list the content of the directory and type to view the content of a file.
dir
type pairedEnd_1.fq

i was use NGS QC toolkit, it keep throw the error :
Use of uninitialized value $seqFormatName in concatenation (.) or string at /leofs/zhangz_group/xial/NGSQCToolkit_v2.3.3/QC/lib/html.pl line 142.
or
Use of uninitialized value $avgQRangeF2 in split at /leofs/zhangz_group/xial/NGSQCToolkit_v2.3.3/QC/lib/html.pl line 25.
