heterozigosity estimation in pooled sequences

Hi all,

has anybody know any program for reduced heterozigosity estimation in pooled sequences? I'm working on a genomics project where we re-sequenced pooled individuals of two different breeds of a domestic species with the objective of detecting selective sweeps. I have used Popoolation software for Tajima's D and Fst estimations but I would like to extend my analyses adding a third parameter.
