quantiled normalized data for DESeq2

Hello,

I was wondering whether I can input quantile normalized read counts into DESeq2 as countData?
If the answer is yes, then is that really necessary (or recommended) to do or would inputting the read counts before quantile normalization give me the same results?
I'd appreciate any help.

No, you can't. You need raw integer counts as input.
