I need to do variant calling in galaxy using GATK (Unified genotyper) but it keeps giving me error. I first treated the data in Picard (add or remove groups, paired end read fixer and removed duplicate) but it keeps failing inGATK. Can any please help me with a proper work flow for use of GATK in galaxy. Thank you
