I have a questions about SEED and KEGG databases. If you use MG-RAST, you will know the server suppose both databases. I know these two databases are different in hierarchical classification
Here are my questions:
1> Are all genes/functions in SEED also present in KEGG? Just the names different? or classification different?
2>Is there any comparison table for these two databases? For example, I find function A in SEED database. I would like to know what function A called in KEGG and How it is classified in KEGG.
Thanks,
Ben
