    CloVR for fungal genome

    Hi,
    i am new to CloVR, i am trying to use CloVR for fungal genome using ITS database.

    i didn't find any protocol or tutorial like QIIME/Mothur have. Anyone have idea that once i have uploaded the fungal genome (fasta file) to the CloVR Dashboard and click to the CloVRits protocol.

    Do i have to submit the map file as well or the quality file ?

    If not ? then how to run the pipeline ?
