In NCBI, we have TSA database which is a trancriptome shotgun assembly database and we also have a GEO database which is a gene expression omnibus database. I have looked through the docs for both these databases but i am still confused about their difference. Since GEO takes high throughput sequences, doesnt it replicate TSA or does TSA replicate GEO ?
