Is anyone using roche's reference guided aligner with 454 data? I see many posts about other aligners on this, but barely see mention of roche's tools. while roche's tools are free i think, roche doesnt make it very easy to get them. just curious if anyone has thoughts on how that aligner compares to others specifically on 454 data.
