    Add EnsemblID to cmmeRbund plots

    Hi!

I have a question related to cummeRbund 2. I want to generate plot which shows (only or also) the ensembleID for my genes and my transcripts. I tried to build the cuffData.db giving as gtf a gtf file with all the references (XLOC, TCONS, ensembl gene ID, ensembl transcript ID, TSS, etc), it built the db File and I can generate plots of dispersion and other quality plots, but when I head the gene.feature I don't see the ensembl IDs...so I'm trying to use the addfeatures function (giving as input always that gft file) but it takes ages and eventually makes R crush.
How can I add the ensembleID?
I have to say that the gft file that I'm giving as input is not the same used for generating the cuffdiff output files, should i use that one? or can I build the dbFile with that and then add feature with my "complete" gft File?
    Thanks!

Multiomic Liquid Biopsy: What DNA/RNA Panels Reveal That DNA Alone Can’t
    by SEQadmin2

Tumors contain complex mixtures of cell populations that evolve in response to treatment and host-specific factors. Tissue biopsies provide only static snapshots of a tumor’s state. But what if we could follow that evolution over time using a minimally invasive technique?

Liquid biopsies can detect tumor-derived material circulating in the bloodstream, providing a way to study treatment response, detect emerging resistance, and discover new biomarkers. Circulating

New Genomics Technologies Take Aim at Long-Standing Limits
    by SEQadmin2

Researchers using sequencing and genomics tools often have to make trade-offs. They can choose between speed or scale, short reads or long-range information, or targeted panels or a view of the whole transcriptome. New technologies that have been released this year are built to address those tough choices.

We asked six companies the same four questions to learn about their latest products. The new technologies bring a lot to the table, including rethinking sequencing
