Seed to Refseq or GeneBank MAPPING

How to get the GI RefSeq of Genbank of seed informations ?

Is there a source file which gather the both informations ?

I tried to install as set of seed tools located here is sas.tgz http://www.theseed.org/servers/

I tried svr_figfams_to_ids that call a perl script, it does not work, the command seems frozen in terminal

So, I am wondering to learn whether you met too this kind of pitfalls in annotations.
