Exome data download

I am looking for downloading exome bam files that are publicly available more specifically for clinical data. Could someone help me with this?

You could search the GEO datasets.

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/gds/?term=exome+bam

If you don't want clinical samples, you could also take the BAM files from the 1000 Genomes Project.

Your question is too vague, though.
There are many, many, datasets available.
