    Circular Representation using COG Categories?

    My question is extremely simple. Is it possible to use circos to make circular representations with COG categories? If yes, does anyone have a decent tutorial url or documentation they can share on how to do this?

    I did a search of google and circos.ca but was not successful. Any assistance rendered would be deeply appreciated.

    hey, I am attempting something similar but all in vein so far. Were you finally able to plot COG using circos? Can you help me with it?
