plain text blast conversion to Jamblast input

Hello,

Does anyone know how to convert blastp output in plain text format (m=0, default) to something Jamblast v1.10 will accept? Reblasting with the patched blastall, blastcl3 and blastpgp command lines –m 18 and –m 19 isn't an option.
