Could someone provide me with Signalp 4.1 for Linux, since its the only piece of software in CBS-DTU a cannot download. Thank you in advance.

If you are an academic user you can use this page to register and download the software for no fee: http://www.cbs.dtu.dk/cgi-bin/nph-sw_request?signalp Instructions for commercial users are at the top of that page.

Sadly it would be a breach of the licence to send you a copy of their tool even if I had one. They forbid redistribution of their software (which makes things like automated installation or virtual machines using it impossible).
You could try emailing the corresponding author on the software publication too.
