    bedtools

    Hi all

    I am currently working with bedtools and need a suggestion.
    I am using the -name option to have it give me the names the that the sequence correlates to.

    But I noticed that the -tab option gives you the name of the chromosome and coordinates of the sequence.

    Is there an option that will have both the headers merge?
