Hi all
Someone has many sets of reads (cDNA reads for RNA-seq) which belong to different conditions. There is no reference genome for these reads.
Now, he wants to relate proteins to these reads. In other words, he wants to know the produced proteins are belonged to which part of mRNA (in other words: assembled cDNA). (I forgot to ask him whether the proteins are known or unknown)
How he should do that? Is there any tool??
