haplotype reconstruction with PHASE

Hello everyone,

I wish to obtain haplotype information starting with unphased genotype data from a human core exome chip. I have read the documentation on the PHASE software by Stephens et al., but I am unsure on how to go about making the input file.

Does anyone have any experience using PHASE for haplotype construction? I usually work on sequencing data so this is a little new to me.
