GLFv3 format

I generate genotype likelihood in the binary GLFv3 format,and then I used the commond "glfview" generate the file that is decimal ,the question is what the format of this file?

the last 10 columns are the phred scaled likelihood ratio (The documentation of the file format is not correct).
It is the same format as is explained here:
